Safeguard Your Septic with A-1 Septic Services:

Our Services

Residential Septic Pumping:

Septic systems are rather sensitive and to keep your septic operating smoothly you should only flush septic rated toilet paper and human waste. Avoid flushing items such as food, sanitary products, q-tips, wipes, and grease.

On average residential septic systems should be pumped every three years. Call us today to chat about your next pump.

Commercial Septic Pumping:

Your business’s septic system may be out of sight, but you definitely don’t want it out of mind. When the tank gets too full, the wastewater has nowhere to go except back into your building, potentially resulting in lost revenue and productivity as well as an expensive cleanup. Regular septic tank pumping is important to keep the system functioning properly.

Depending on usage, commercial septic tanks tend to require more frequent pumping. Call us to schedule an initial pumpout and to discuss what frequency works best for you and your customers!

Septic inspections are often required during the sale of a home/business. This is called Transfer of Title Inspection. Inspections are also often needed when expanding a residence by adding additional bedrooms.

Regular inspections are important to increasing the lifespan of your septic tank and mitigate potential malfunctions. You can bundle inspections with our pumping service.

At A-1 we inspect for:

  • Cracks or corrosion in the tank to determine if the solid barrier is compromised and leaking into the surrounding subsurface soil.

  • Signs of water filtration that indicate a hard-to-find leak.

  • Potential signs of compromised structural integrity, such as bends, dents, or loosened fasteners in the tank.

  • Tank liquid level and the mainline to look for other potential interruptions.

  • Minimal flowback from your leech field ensuring your field is healthy.

At the end of the service, we will provide you with all necessary documents to file with your county. You will be able to file directly with your respective county or we can do it on their behalf for an additional fee.

If you don’t know the last time your septic was properly serviced, check with your local county for records or call us to set up an inspection.
